We offer returns, full refunds, or partial refunds on all orders. We reserve the right to request for proof of returned items and through inspection, we will determine the appropriate refund amount. Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Customer is required to lodge a return/exchange on the website under '"Returns and Refunds." Items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn and not damaged.) The refund process takes approximately 1 - 2 weeks.

  • We do not provide refunds on postage. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.
  • We do not offer returns on orders processed through after pay.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on worn leggings unless found faulty.
Online purchases made through the site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days from the date received.
  • Please email support@amaniactive.com with your order number and return request. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  •  Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To be eligible for a return of a defective/damaged product documented proof must be provided via photo or video. 
- A return address will be provided in your return instructions. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
*We will not be able to replace or refund items that have been damaged by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is unused following our guidelines.
Refunds (if applicable)
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Proof required for all exchanges via photo or video. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@amaniactive.com
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: ( ADDRESS will be provided in your case email.)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
